No Termination for PBO Default. The Authority will have no right to terminate this Agreement for PBO Default if the PBO Default is caused by the Authority’s failure to reimburse the SLC for Allowable Costs pursuant to the terms of the Site M&O Contract or failing to make any other payment owing to the Parent Body Organisation under this Agreement when due.
