No Unreasonable Refusal. The Trustee shall not unreasonably refuse to enter into any Supplemental Indenture permitted under this Article; provided, however, that such refusal shall not be deemed unreasonable if the Trustee believes in good faith that such Supplemental Indenture will or may prejudice any right of the Owners of the Bonds then Outstanding or adversely affect the rights and immunities, or increase the duties, of the Trustee.
