No Work Actions. During the term of this Agreement, Faculty Members shall not strike, stop work, walk out, slow down, or refuse to work and Faculty Members shall not engage in picketing at any location over contract grievances. Xxxxxxx shall not permit any lockout of Faculty Members during the term of this Agreement.
