Academic Tenure - 1940 Statement of Principles. Both parties incorporate by reference the 1940 Statement of Principles of Academic Freedom attached to this Agreement as Exhibit "C"; however, if there is any conflict between such principles and the Faculty By- laws, the Faculty By-Laws supersedes the 1940 Statement of Principles.
