Common use of Non-Application of Dispute Resolution Clause in Contracts

Non-Application of Dispute Resolution. Neither Party may have recourse to the dispute settlement mechanism provided for in Chapter 22 (Dispute Settlement) with respect to any matter arising under this Chapter.

Non-Application of Dispute Resolution. Neither No Party may have recourse to the dispute settlement mechanism provided for in under Chapter 22 18 (Dispute Settlement) of this Agreement with respect to any matter arising under this Chapter.

However, the Parties may at any time have recourse to procedures such as good offices, conciliation, and mediation, as set out in Article 22.5 (Alternative Dispute Resolution).
