Non-Assignment of Rights. Employee represents and warrants that Employee has not sold, assigned, transferred, conveyed or otherwise disposed of to any third party, by operation of law or otherwise, any action, cause of action, debt, obligation, contract, agreement, covenant, guarantee, judgment, damage, claim, counterclaim, liability or demand of any nature whatsoever relating to any matter covered in this Agreement.
Non-Assignment of Rights. Employee warrants that he has not assigned or transferred any right or claim described in the general release above.
Non-Assignment of Rights. The Grantee may not assign or transfer any SARs except by will or by the laws of descent and distribution or by a qualified domestic relations order.

Participant shall not sell, transfer or assign all or any part of the Participation Rights to a party other than a successive owner of all or a portion of the Property, without the prior written consent of Comal County, and any transfer of the Participation Rights, except to a successive owner of all or a portion of the Property, without Comal County’s consent shall be null and void. Furthermore, no assignment of this Agreement or of any right accruing hereunder, except an assignment to a successive owner of all or a portion of the Property shall be made in whole or in part by Participant without the prior written consent of Comal County.

The Executive represents and warrants that he has not sold, assigned, transferred, conveyed or otherwise disposed of to any third party, any action, lawsuit, debt, obligation, agreement, guarantee, judgment, damage, or claim of any nature whatsoever relating to any matter covered in this Agreement.
Non-Assignment of Rights. The right of a Manager or any other person receiving any payment or benefit under the Plan may not be assigned, transferred, pledged, or encumbered except by will or by the laws of descent and distribution.
Non-Assignment of Rights. No assignment of this agreement or of any right accruing hereunder shall be made in whole or in part by VOTING UNITS without the prior written consent of COUNTY by and through an order of its Commissioners Court.
