Non-bargaining Unit Substitutes. The Employer may provide substitutes as deemed necessary by the employer during the absence of a regular bargaining unit member. A non-bargaining unit member assigned by the Administration to perform the work of an absent bargaining unit member will be paid the regular substitute rate (as established by the Board in its sole discretion.)
