NON-CANCELLABLE LEASE. This Lease and any Schedule cannot be cancelled or terminated except as expressly provided herein. This Lease (including all Schedules to this Lease) constitutes a net lease and Lessee agrees that its obligations to pay all rent and other sums payable hereunder (and under any Schedule) and the rights of Lessor and assignee in and to such rent and other sums, are absolute and unconditional and are not subject to any abatement, reduction, setoff, defense, counterclaim or recoupment due or alleged to be due to, or by reason of, any past, present or future claims which Lessee may have against Lessor, any assignee, the manufacturer or seller of the Equipment, or against any person for any reason whatsoever.
NON-CANCELLABLE LEASE. This lease and any Equipment Schedule hereto cannot be cancelled or terminated except as expressly provided herein. Lessee agrees that its obligation to pay all rent and other sums payable hereunder and the rights of Lessor in and to such rent are absolute and unconditional and are not subject to any abatement, reduction, setoff, defense, counterclaim or recoupment due or alleged to be due to, or by reason of, any past, present or future claims which Lessee may have against Lessor, any assignee, any Manufacturer or Vendor, or against any person for any reason whatsoever.
NON-CANCELLABLE LEASE. THE LEASE CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY LESSEE DURING THE TERM HEREOF. Lessee's obligations under the Lease including, without limitation, the obligation to pay rent, are absolute and unconditional and shall continue without any claim, defense, set-off counterclaim, reduction or abatement of any kind whatsoever and regardless of any disability of Lessee to use the Equipment or any part thereof because of any reason whatsoever.
NON-CANCELLABLE LEASE. THIS LEASE CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR TERMINATED BY YOU PRIOR TO THE END OF THE INITIAL LEASE TERM. YOUR OBLIGATION TO MAKE ALL LEASE PAYMENTS, AND TO PAY ALL OTHER AMOUNTS DUE OR TO BECOME DUE, IS ABSOLUTE AND UNCONDITIONAL AND NOT SUBJECT TO DELAY, REDUCTION, SET-OFF, DEFENSE, COUNTERCLAIM OR RECOUPMENT FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT, DEALER, ANY THIRD PARTY OR XFS. Any pursued claim by you against XFS for alleged breach of our obligations hereunder shall be asserted solely in a separate action; provided, however, that your obligations under this Lease shall continue unabated.
NON-CANCELLABLE LEASE. This Agreement cannot be cancelled or terminated except as expressly provided herein and will remain in full force for the full term indicated herein.

NON-CANCELLABLE LEASE. After delivery of the Property, this Lease cannot be cancelled or terminated except as expressly provided herein and will remain in force for the full term indicated herein.
