Common use of NON-CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

NON-CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. A. Professional Employees with Degrees, Not Certified Professional employees, except nurses and teachers of vocational subjects, who have received college degrees but are not certified, but who are appointed by the Superintendent to regular assignments (hereinafter referred to as "Non-Certified Professional Employees Under Waiver") shall be paid at the first step on the regular salary schedule for a Bachelor's Degree.
