Non Compensable Injuries. If a Workers’ Compensation Commission order determines that the injury is not compensable, the college shall correct the employees’ leave record to reflect a conversion of the work-related accident leave which was granted in advance of the notification. The employee shall notify the College as to what category of the employees’ accrued paid leave shall be used for the conversion. If the employee does not have accrued leave with pay then the conversion shall be for leave without pay.
