During the Employment Period, the Employee shall not engage in any other business or employment which may detract from Employee’s full performance of Employee’s duties hereunder or which competes in any manner with the Company, and the Employee shall not directly or indirectly render any services of a business, commercial or professional nature, to any other Person without the Company’s prior written consent. Further, during employment, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly contact, solicit, entice, sponsor or accept any of the Associates into, or in any way promote to any such Associates opportunities in marketing programs of any direct sales company or organization other than the Company.
