Common use of Non-Competitive Sabbaticals Clause in Contracts

Non-Competitive Sabbaticals. The University shall make available to each tenured employee whose application has been received and reviewed by the University, a sabbatical for two (2) semesters (i.e., one (1) academic year) at half-pay or its equivalent, subject to the conditions set forth in this Policy.

Non-Competitive Sabbaticals.
