Non-Covered Services and Exclusions. A. Non-Covered Services. This Article 9 sets forth services that are excluded from coverage under this Contract and therefore are Non-Covered Services. Non-Covered Services are not covered even if the service, supply, or equipment would otherwise be considered Medically Necessary.
