Licensee’s Responsibilities definition

Licensee’s Responsibilities. LICENSEE shall be responsible at all times for the entire supervision, management and control of the SOFTWARE SYSTEM, including without limitation all responsibility for design and maintenance of proper machine configuration, audit controls, operating methods, back-up plans, security, insurance, maintenance, and all other activities necessary to enable LICENSEE to utilize the Software System.
