CONTRACTOR shall not implement any 1 administrative 2 methods or procedures which would have a discriminatory effect 2 or which would 3 violate the CDSS California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Manual of Policies 4 and Procedures (MPP)) Division 21, Chapter 21-100.
