Non-Discrimination Policies. Each Member must have an organizational non-discrimination/anti-harassment policy in place. This policy shall be compliant with federal law as well as with any and all state laws or local ordinances specific to the location or locations wherein which Member provides services. This policy shall be provided to NPTC through the Site Membership Application.
