Non-Discrimination Policies. a. The Employer shall continue to apply its existing policy of non-discrimination on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, gender identity or expression, genetic information or any other characteristic that is protected by federal, state or local law. Specifically, the Employer shall apply and enforce the Hospital’s Equal Employment Opportunity Policy.
