Common use of NON-DISCRIMINATION PROVISION Clause in Contracts

NON-DISCRIMINATION PROVISION. There will be no discrimination for exercise of employment rights or in the application of this contract because of the race, color, creed, national origin, age, sex, religion, ancestry, marital status, handicap or personal life of an employee. There will also be no discrimination against an employee for employment with respect to hiring, compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment based on genetic information. In keeping with the above rights, all provisions of the contract shall be uniformly applied.
