In order to obtain this service, the client shall be required to provide the information identified in the Fidelity Discrimination Testing Package Guidelines. Any fees and restrictions associated with this testing service shall be addressed in such guidelines.

The Trustee will provide reasonable assistance in the event the Sponsor is audited by the Internal Revenue Service.
