Common use of Non-Emergency Transportation Clause in Contracts

Non-Emergency Transportation. ‌ The Contractor shall provide Non-Emergency Transportation for its Members to access Medically Necessary Services, in compliance with minimum Federal requirements for the provision of transportation services and according to Division policies, which are outlined in Mississippi Administrative Code, Title 23, Part 201. Non-Emergency Transportation shall be provided to Members who require transportation to and from medically necessary Medicaid covered non-Emergency Services. See Exhibit E, Non-Emergency Transportation, of this Contract for additional requirements of the Contractor.
