Report the Results. BMS is responsible for ensuring that the MCO fulfills its contractual responsibilities to inform all families of the services available under EPSDT and how to access them. The MCO must maintain data for medical, behavioral, and dental screenings in a standardized format to the extent feasible and appropriate. The MCO must review and ensure that data received from providers is accurate, timely, and complete. The MCO must facilitate routine tracking and trending of enrollee care issues to monitor, and assist in monitoring access, use and coordination of all services, including behavioral health services. MCOs must submit to BMS a report due forty-five (45) calendar days after the end of each quarter which identifies its performance regarding EPSDT outreach/enabling services, screening and referral rates, well-care child visit rates, dental visits, and immunization rates (see Article III, Section 5.10, Reporting Requirements).

  • Quarterly Reporting If reporting is on a quarterly basis, the AGENCY shall submit to the Orange County Citizens’ Commission for Children a complete, accurate, and programmatic Quarterly Report, in a format as provided by the COUNTY, on or before the 10th of the month following the close of the quarter, as well as supporting documentation. The Quarterly Reports shall, if applicable to the Scope of Work in Attachment “A”, list “Units of Service” provided (i.e.: hourly, per session, etc.) and/or any other pertinent outcome measurements outlined in Attachment “A”.

  • Narrative Results ‌‌ i. For the first Quarterly Claims Review Report only, a description of (a) Xxxxxxxx Clinic’s billing and coding system(s), including the identification, by position description, of the personnel involved in coding and billing, and (b) a description of controls in place to ensure that all items and services billed to Medicare or a state Medicaid program by Xxxxxxxx Clinic are medically necessary and appropriately documented. Subsequent Quarterly Claims Review Reports should describe any significant changes to items (a) and (b) or, if no significant changes were made, state that the systems and controls remain the same as described in the prior Quarterly Claims Review Report. ii. A narrative explanation of the results of the Quarterly Claims Sample, including reasons for errors, patterns noted, etc.

  • ADVERTISING RESULTS The prior written approval of the Commissioner is required in order for results of the Bid to be used by the Contractor as part of any commercial advertising. The Contractor shall also obtain the prior written approval of the Commissioner relative to the Bid or Contract for press or other media releases.
