Non-Employee Complaints. 1. Prior to Administrative Action based primarily on a formal complaint by a non- employee of the board, the member of the Bargaining Unit affected shall be informed as to the nature of the complaint. Any complaints of this nature shall not be recorded in an employee's personnel file. Anonymous complaints shall be discarded.
