Non-Exclusive Service. CUSTOMER acknowledges that SaaS Services are provided on a non-exclusive basis. Nothing shall be deemed to prevent or restrict WSP’s ability to provide the SaaS Services or other technology, including any features or functionality first developed for CUSTOMER, to other parties.
