Access Authority Control. Processor ensures that (i) authorized users who have access to the data processing systems can only access Personal Data within their Processing authorization and (ii) the unauthorized reading, change or deletion of Personal Data is prohibited during Processing or after the storing of Personal Data. The access rights are granted based on the job responsibilities of the user and on a need-to-know basis and must be authorized and granted by the corresponding supervisor of the user and, for sensitive data, by the information security team as well. The access to production systems is only granted to users who are periodically trained and authorized. The access to production systems is also immediately withdrawn upon termination of employment or assignment of the user to a different job responsibility without the need for such access.

Access Authority Control. Service Provider ensures: (a) that authorized users who have access to the data processing systems for the use as set out in Annex 1 can only access Personal Data within their processing authorization; and (b) that the unauthorized reading, copying, change or deletion of Personal Data is excluded during use or Processing or after the storing of Personal Data. The granting of access rights is based on the job responsibilities of the user for the use as set out in Annex 1 and on a need-to-know basis and must be authorised and granted by management. The access to productive systems is only granted to users who are periodically trained and authorised for the corresponding action. The access to productive systems is also immediately withdrawn in case of a termination of the contract of employment or in case of an assignment of a different task.

  • Security Controls for State Agency Data In accordance with Senate Bill 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.138, Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if, pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is or will be authorized to access, transmit, use, or store data for System Agency, Contractor is required to meet the security controls the System Agency determines are proportionate with System Agency’s risk under the Contract based on the sensitivity of System Agency’s data and that Contractor must periodically provide to System Agency evidence that Contractor meets the security controls required under the Contract.

The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Data Integrity Control Personal Data will remain intact, complete and current during processing activities.

  • Regulatory Agency Control This Agreement shall at all times be subject to changes, modifications, orders, and rulings by the Federal Communications Commission and/or the applicable state utility regulatory commission to the extent the substance of this Agreement is or becomes subject to the jurisdiction of such agency.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • SUBSIDY CONTROL 29.1 The Provider should satisfy itself, if the Subsidy Control Rules apply to the Funding received in relation to the Services delivered under this Agreement.   • City’s Manager’s Authority To the extent, if any, the City has the power to suspend or terminate this contract or the Contractor’s services under this contract, that power may be exercised by City Manager or a deputy or assistant City Manager without City Council action.
