Common use of Non-executive positions Clause in Contracts

Non-executive positions. The Executive shall be entitled to take up one non-executive appointment provided the discharge of her duties under this Agreement is not impaired as a result of the non-executive appointment and the appointment is approved by the Board in advance (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
