NON-HIRING OF STATE EMPLOYEES. No employee of the State of Maryland or any unit thereof, whose duties as such employee include matters relating to or affecting the subject matter of this contract, shall, while so employed, become or be an employee of the party or parties hereby contracting with the State of Maryland or any unit thereof.
NON-HIRING OF STATE EMPLOYEES. No official or employee of the State of Maryland, as defined at Maryland Code Annotated, State Government Article, §15-102, whose duties as such official or employee include matters relating to or affecting the subject matter of this contract, shall during the pendancy and term of this contract and while serving as an official or employee of the State become or be an employee of the contractor or any entity that is a subcontractor on this contract.
NON-HIRING OF STATE EMPLOYEES. No State employee whose duties as such employee include matters relating to or affecting the subject matter of this Grant, shall, while so employed, become or be an employee of Grantee.
