Common use of Non-LEOBR Personnel Actions Clause in Contracts

Non-LEOBR Personnel Actions. When any personnel action is taken or not taken regarding an employee, which action is not required to be processed pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Law Enforcement Officers’ Xxxx of Rights, “LEOBR”, (Article 27 §727, et seq., Maryland Annotated Code), the employee shall have the right to grieve and/or arbitrate said action pursuant to the procedures set forth in Article 8 of this Agreement.
