Common use of Non-Monetary Compensation Clause in Contracts

Non-Monetary Compensation. As further compensation (and not in lieu of the monetary compensation required pursuant to § 3.2) in exchange for the benefit and privilege of using the Inalienable Property for the purpose of offering and providing Information Services pursuant to this Agreement, the Company shall provide non-monetary compensation to the City as described in Appendix B.
