Non-poaching. the Executive shall not during his employment or for a period of twelve months after the Termination Date directly or indirectly: (a) induce or attempt to induce any Employee of the Company or a Group Company to leave the employment of the Company or a Group Company (whether or not this would be a breach of contract by that employee) for the purposes of being involved in or engaged in the types of business referred to in sub-clauses 22.2.1(a) and 22.2.1(b) above; or (b) engage, attempt to engage, employ, attempt to employ or offer employment or work (and in each case whether directly or indirectly, including through an employment agency or other intermediary) to any Employee for the purposes of being involved in or engaged in the types of business referred to in sub-clauses 22.2.1(a) and 22.2.1(b) above.
