Common use of Non-poaching Clause in Contracts

Non-poaching. the Executive shall not for a period of 6 months after the Termination Date directly or indirectly induce or attempt to induce any senior employee of the Company or a Group Company who is engaged in any business activity carried on by the Company or a Group Company at the Termination Date and with whom the Executive during the 6 months ending on the Termination Date had material dealings in the course of his employment, to leave the employment of the Company or a Group Company (whether or not this would be a breach of contract by that employee for the purposes of being involved in or engaged in the types of business referred to in sub-clauses 2(1)(a) and (b) above).
