Common use of Non-Promotion/Non-Renewal of Appointment Clause in Contracts

Non-Promotion/Non-Renewal of Appointment. Should the Program decide not to promote/reappoint the Resident to a subsequent year of training, the Program will provide the Resident with written notice of intent within a reasonable period of time; not less than 90 days prior to the Agreement term date. Non-reappointment/non-promotion is subject to the Graduate Medical Education Policy: Due Process/Appeals.
