Non-Regular Appointment – Part-Time Workload. (a) A non-regular appointment with a part-time workload is an appointment to a position with weekly assignable hours of less than 30 hours per week. (b) Employee rights and benefits carry over from one non-regular appointment to another provided there is a break of no more than 36 consecutive weeks between successive non-regular appointments.
