Common use of Non-Scheduled Nurses Clause in Contracts

Non-Scheduled Nurses. Overtime-eligible nurses whose conditions of employment may necessitate adjustment of normal work hours by the nurses when work requirements call for varying the schedule to complete duties within the forty (40) hour workweek or eighty (80) hours within a fourteen (14) day work period, as agreed to by the supervisor prior to deviating from their normal work hours.
