NON-SHARING FIRM Sample Clauses

NON-SHARING FIRM. A Non-Sharing Firm is a Participant who opts out of and withdraws from the IDX Database program by completing the IDX Opt-Out Form and submitting such form to New Mexico Multi - Board MLS. The IDX Database will not include listings submitted by Non-Sharing Firms. Non-Sharing Firms may not access the IDX Database or display its contents.
