Non-Solicitation During Employment. During his employment with the Company, Executive shall not: (a) interfere with the Company’s business relationship with its customers or suppliers, (b) solicit, directly or indirectly, or otherwise encourage any of the Company’s customers or suppliers to terminate their business relationship with the Company, or (c) solicit, directly or indirectly, or otherwise encourage any employees of the Company to leave the employ of the Company, or solicit any of the Company’s employees for employment.
Non-Solicitation During Employment. Employee shall not during his/her employment interfere with or disrupt or attempt to disrupt Employer’s business relationship with its customers or suppliers or solicit any of the employees of Employer to leave the employ of Employer.
Non-Solicitation During Employment. Employee agrees that during the term of Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee shall not, either directly or indirectly, on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicit or induce or attempt to solicit or induce (which shall include, without limitation, any contact or communications in any manner for the purpose of making such a solicitation): (i) any current or prospective Customer of the Company to divert, transfer, withdraw or otherwise take any business from the Company; (ii) without the express prior written consent of the Company, any Business Partner that provides products or services to the Company, or that has entered into a business relationship with the Company, to provide similar products or services to, or to enter into a similar business relationship with, any other individual or entity; or (iii) any employee, consultant, advisor or independent contractor of the Company to terminate his relationship with the Company in order to become an employee, consultant, advisor or independent contractor of or to any other individual or entity.
Non-Solicitation During Employment. De Luca shall not during his employment inappropriately interfere with the Company’s business relationship with its customers or suppliers or solicit any of the employees of the Company to leave the employ of the Company.
Non-Solicitation During Employment. During his employment with the Company, Employee shall not: (a) interfere with the Company’s and any of its affiliate’s business relationships with their customers or suppliers, (b) solicit, directly or indirectly, or otherwise encourage any of the Company’s or any of its affiliate’s customers or suppliers to terminate their business relationship with the Company or such affiliate, or (c) solicit, directly or indirectly, or otherwise encourage any employees of the Company or any of its affiliates to leave the employ of the Company or such affiliate, or solicit any of the Company’s or any of its affiliate’s employees for employment.

During his employment with the Company, Consultant shall not: (a) interfere with the Company’s business relationship with its customers or suppliers, (b) solicit, directly or indirectly, or otherwise encourage any of the Company’s customers or suppliers to terminate their business relationship with the Company, or (c) solicit, directly or indirectly, or otherwise encourage any employees of the Company to leave the employ of the Company, or solicit any of the Company’s employees for employment.
Non-Solicitation During Employment. Villard shall not during his employment inappropriately interfere with the Company’s business relationship with its customers or suppliers or solicit any of the employees of the Company to leave the employ of the Company.
Non-Solicitation During Employment. The Employee agrees that during his employment with the Company he shall not, directly or indirectly, individually or as an employee, agent, partner, shareholder, consultant, or in any other capacity, canvass, contact, solicit or accept any of the Company’s customers with whom the Employee had contact during his employment for the purpose of providing services, products or business that are in competition with the services, products or business which the Company provides to such customers. It is understood and agreed that the fluid customer list limitation contemplated by the parties closely approximates the area of the Company’s vulnerability to unfair competition by Employee and does not deprive Employee of legitimate competitive opportunities to which he is entitled.
Non-Solicitation During Employment. The Executive agrees that during the period of the Executive’s employment, the Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, for the Executive or for any third party, except as otherwise agreed to in writing by the then CEO, solicit, induce, recruit, or cause any other person who is then employed by the Corporation to terminate his/her employment for the purpose of joining, associating, or becoming employed with any business or activity that is engaged in the casual dining restaurant industry, the family dining restaurant industry or any other segment of the restaurant industry in which the Corporation may become involved after the date hereof and prior to the date of any termination of employment.
Non-Solicitation During Employment. During the Term and for twelve months after the Termination Date, Consultant shall not: (a) interfere with the Company’s business relationship with its customers or suppliers, (b) solicit, directly or indirectly, or otherwise encourage any of the Company’s customers or suppliers to terminate their business relationship with the Company, or (c) solicit, directly or indirectly, or otherwise encourage any employees of the Company to leave the employ of the Company, or solicit any of the Company’s employees for employment outside the Company. Consulting Agreement
