Non-Solicitation of Employees or Others. While employed by the Company and for a period of one (1) year after the Executive's termination of employment, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit for employment (other than on behalf of the Company) any employee of the Company or any person who was such an employee at any time during the one-year period preceding the Executive's termination of employment.
