Non-Specialty Shifts/Assignments. Employees shall sign up for shifts/assignments within Teams by appointment only. An appointment notice shall be sent to all employees one calendar month in advance of their sign-up appointment. Proxy sign-ups will be permitted for employees who are unable to attend their scheduled appointment due to a short-term absence (e.g. out ill; vacation). Employees who have been on a long-term leave of absence for six months or longer at the time of shift/assignment sign-ups will not be allowed to sign-up during that year’s shift selection process.
