Non Staff Surveys and. Investigations other than by Sub-consultants Where Non Staff Surveys and Investigations are proposed to be other than by a Sub- consultant(s); the Consultant provides a quotation on an equivalent basis to that for work proposed to be by a Sub-consultant (as described above). The quotation includes terms and conditions to apply to the Non Staff Survey and Investigation work involved (where appropriate using terms and conditions in NEC3 / NEC contracts as described above), detailed information including Contract Data, staff rates, any other relevant rates and a scope / specification for the work; documentation and arrangements for any market testing that may be required or details for a business case as relevant to demonstrate how the quotation represents value for money.
