Non-standard Work Schedules. a. The parties recognize that there may be occasions where either the College or the employee may desire that a non-standard work schedule be arranged for a particular employee for some length of time. A non-standard work schedule is a regular schedule that differs from the norm of that particular position. Non-standard schedules are not considered permanent.
