Non-U.S. Employees. Except as provided under the Transition Services Agreement, for any Transferred Employees who are principally based outside of the United States, the provisions of Sections 5.5, 5.6 and 5.7 shall apply to such employees mutatis mutandis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Law.
