Non-Working Day. Any date which is not a Working Day, upon or by which anything is due to be done by any party, will be deemed to be a reference to the next Working Day; and e Payment: Any reference to or any obligation in this Agreement which requires payment of money will be a reference to, or deemed to include an obligation requiring, payment in immediately available cleared funds and requiring payment be made free and clear of all deductions or withholdings unless the deduction or withholding is required by law.
