Noncash contributions. The value of any real property, equipment, goods, or services contributed to the recipient's or Contractor's ESG program, provided that if the recipient or Contractor had to pay for them with grant funds, the costs would have been allowable. Noncash contributions. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Partnership from accepting from a Partner, in lieu of cash, any rights or other real, personal or intangible property at a value established by the Management Committee.

  • Catch-Up Contributions In the case of a Traditional IRA Owner who is age 50 or older by the close of the taxable year, the annual cash contribution limit is increased by $1,000 for any taxable year beginning in 2006 and years thereafter.
