  • Non-Credit Courses In all cases, no tuition remission shall be made for courses not carrying academic credit, with the exception of nursery school. Individuals may take noncredit courses for one- half of the normal course fee, but no person will be allowed to take two or more such courses simultaneously at this rate. Registration will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis with no more than twenty percent of the total available places being held for this purpose. A course not being closed on the first day of class may have additional individuals admitted at one-half of the normal course fee.

  • OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.

  • Disbursement Generally OEM shall reimburse eligible costs incurred in carrying out the Project, up to the Grant Fund amount provided in Section 3. Reimbursements shall be made by OEM upon approval by OEM of an RFR. Eligible costs are the reasonable and necessary costs incurred by Subrecipient for the Project, in accordance with the Emergency Management Performance Grants guidance and application materials, including without limitation the United States Department of Homeland Security Notice of Funding Opportunity Announcement (NOFO), that are not excluded from reimbursement by OEM, either by this Agreement or by exclusion as a result of financial review or audit.   • Restricted Use By Outsourcers / Facilities Management, Service Bureaus or Other Third Parties Outsourcers, facilities management or service bureaus retained by Licensee shall have the right to use the Product to maintain Licensee’s business operations, including data processing, for the time period that they are engaged in such activities, provided that: 1) Licensee gives notice to Contractor of such party, site of intended use of the Product, and means of access; and 2) such party has executed, or agrees to execute, the Product manufacturer’s standard nondisclosure or restricted use agreement which executed agreement shall be accepted by the Contractor (“Non-Disclosure Agreement”); and 3) if such party is engaged in the business of facility management, outsourcing, service bureau or other services, such third party will maintain a logical or physical partition within its computer system so as to restrict use and access to the program to that portion solely dedicated to beneficial use for Licensee. In no event shall Licensee assume any liability for third party’s compliance with the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, nor shall the Non-Disclosure Agreement create or impose any liabilities on the State or Licensee. Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.

  • Commingling of Resold Services with Unbundled Network Elements and Combinations of Unbundled Network Elements 6.7.1 To the extent it is Technically Feasible and pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1, CLEC may Commingle Telecommunications Services purchased on a resale basis with an Unbundled Network Element or combination of Unbundled Network Elements.

  • Permitted and Required Uses/Disclosures of PHI 3.1 Except as limited in this Agreement, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI to perform Services, as specified in the underlying grant or contract with Covered Entity. The uses and disclosures of Business Associate are limited to the minimum necessary, to complete the tasks or to provide the services associated with the terms of the underlying agreement. Business Associate shall not use or disclose PHI in any manner that would constitute a violation of the Privacy Rule if used or disclosed by Covered Entity in that manner. Business Associate may not use or disclose PHI other than as permitted or required by this Agreement or as Required by Law.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY 1. The UNIVERSITY shall designate in writing a faculty member to coordinate with a designee of the FIELDWORK SITE.
