Faculty Hiring Process. 1. The campus president will appoint a committee to screen, interview, and recommend qualified Faculty candidates. The chairperson will be selected from the committee members by the division. If the screening committee is unable to recommend a sufficient number of highly qualified candidates, the president will meet with the committee. Together they will determine whether the recommendation is acceptable, whether the committee should further examine the available pool, or whether additional applicants will be sought for the position.

Faculty Hiring Process. 1. Collaboratively the hiring campus’s president with the appropriate division chair, xxxx of instruction, and campus vice president will discuss the composition of the screening committee. Once the final list of committee members is determined, if the campus president has concerns, in the spirit of collaboration, the campus president will discuss the committee list with the division chair. The campus president will give final approval for the faculty screening committee to screen, interview, and recommend qualified Faculty candidates. The chair of the hiring division will chair the screening committee. If the hiring division chair cannot serve as the chair, the screening committee will select one of their members as the chair. After reviewing the candidate(s) packets and interviewing the selected candidates the selection committee will forward the names of the selected candidates to the campus president. If the screening committee is unable to recommend a minimum of two (2) highly qualified candidates, the president will meet with the committee to collaboratively determine whether the recommendation is acceptable, whether the committee should further examine the available pool, whether additional applicants will be sought for the position, or whether to start a new search.

CLEC's End User Customers contacting Qwest in error will be instructed to contact CLEC; and Qwest's End User Customers contacting CLEC in error will be instructed to contact Qwest. In responding to calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about each other.   • Drug Testing Procedures a. The testing procedures and safeguards provided in this policy shall be adhered to by any laboratory personnel administering departmental drug tests.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • First Source Hiring Program Contractor must comply with all of the provisions of the First Source Hiring Program, Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, that apply to this Agreement, and Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 83.

  • HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.

  • Bidding Process 3.1. Bidding shall generally commence based on the sequence of the lot being shown on the PAH Website. However the Auctioneer has the right to vary the sequence without having to give prior notice to the intended bidders.
