Common use of NONDESCRIMINATION Clause in Contracts

NONDESCRIMINATION. No person shall, on the grounds of race, creed, color, national origin, gender, marital status or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical handicaps, be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefit of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination with regard to any activity pursuant to this Agreement.
