Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action. The University and the Union will not discriminate against nor tolerate discrimination against any member with respect to wages, hours, or any terms or conditions of employment on the basis of age, disability, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or veteran status. The Union agrees to support the University in the fulfillment of its affirmative action obligations.
