Common use of NONDISCRIMINATORY EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

NONDISCRIMINATORY EMPLOYMENT. Consultant shall not unlawfully discriminate against any individual based on race, color, religion or religious creed, national origin, ancestry, ethnic group identification, primary language, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sex, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, citizenship or military and veteran status. Consultant understands and agrees that it is bound by and will comply with all legal nondiscrimination mandates. For every subcontractor who will perform Services, Consultant shall be responsible for such subcontractor’s compliance with this Section 19.
