NONPYRAMIDING. There shall be no pyramiding or combination of one premium pay with another or of premium pay with overtime pay but only the highest applicable rate shall be paid except: 1. Where daily or weekly overtime and the night premium operate concurrently, the amount paid shall be time and one-half (1½x) the straight-time hourly rate plus the night premium provided that this exception shall not apply to any work performed on Sundays or holidays. 2. Overtime shall be computed on the base straight-time hourly rate.
