Common use of Nonrenewal Clause in Contracts

Nonrenewal. The Commission may non-renew the Charter at the expiration of the Certificate if the School failed to meet one or more of the terms of its Certificate, including the Performance Framework. The Charter Holder may appeal a decision to non-renew directly to the Office of Administrative Hearings and is subject to judicial review as a contested case as set forth in Chapter 52, Title 67, Idaho Code.
