Nonresidential Impervious Cover. Commercial and multifamily impervious cover may reach a maximum of seventy percent (70%) of any given commercial or multifamily tract, provided that the maximum impervious cover for the Land does not exceed thirty-five percent (35%) of the gross area of the Land.
